We recently worked with Rubix to implement a new client portal that was linked to our case management platform. The prior solution was old and clunky and not intuitive. We initially met with them to discuss their services and what they could do to help us move forward. The firm engaged with Rubix to help us create a residential property case management workflow for Visualfiles. Although we have our own in-house developer, Rubix’s subject matter expertise and prior experience meant we could be quicker to market and enjoy the benefits of the integrations Rubix had already built for eSignatures, and other elements of the workflow.
Our experience of working closely with Rubix was efficient and enjoyable. Their lead developer and project manager were, like us, always alive to the potential for more integration where there were additional efficiencies and benefits to be realised. Because of this, the delivered system was better than we initially expected. The property team were over the moon with their system and our developer, by virtue of working closely Rubix’s developer, has a system that uses design and entity models in common with our other workflows and, as such, is extensible and easy to maintain.

We have worked with the guys at Rubix for over 4 years since we began the project to change our claims management package to Visualfiles. Rubix took the time to really understand our business and strategy so they could build our bespoke application as we wanted it and they are also involved in the constant development of our application too.
