We recently worked with Rubix to implement a new client portal that was linked to our case management platform. The prior solution was old and clunky and not intuitive. We initially met with them to discuss their services and what they could do to help us move forward. The solutions Rubix provided and implemented was a perfect fit of both technology and efficiency for not just us, but for our clients too. From the initial contact and requirements gathering, through to managing and delivering the project, they were professional in all areas, and delivered the project on time without delays. The implementation was not only quick but without issues or need of fixes.

Due to the relationship, we formed with them while implementing the client portal, we have since engaged with Rubix about other technology improvements and services they offer, to help us achieve other ambitious plans we have.

The firm engaged with Rubix to help us create a residential property case management workflow for Visualfiles. Although we have our own in-house developer, Rubix’s subject matter expertise and prior experience meant we could be quicker to market and enjoy the benefits of the integrations Rubix had already built for eSignatures, and other elements of the workflow.

Our experience of working closely with Rubix was efficient and enjoyable. Their lead developer and project manager were, like us, always alive to the potential for more integration where there were additional efficiencies and benefits to be realised. Because of this, the delivered system was better than we initially expected. The property team were over the moon with their system and our developer, by virtue of working closely Rubix’s developer, has a system that uses design and entity models in common with our other workflows and, as such, is extensible and easy to maintain.

We have worked with the guys at Rubix for over 4 years since we began the project to change our claims management package to Visualfiles. Rubix took the time to really understand our business and strategy so they could build our bespoke application as we wanted it and they are also involved in the constant development of our application too. We have integrated a number of Rubix products which work seamlessly with Visualfiles for example Mailminder, ProveID and Signable which have added game changing efficiencies into our operation, reducing file times and making life much simpler for both our customers and our file handlers. As well as these integrations we have utilised their services for training, SQL report building, API integration and creating a bespoke customer portal in a secure environment. We have partnered with Rubix for several years. We use their Rubix Outlook automated email filing tool and "Rubix Sign" document signing software. These products work seamlessly with our Visualfiles system and provide our company with great efficiencies and the removal of manual processing. The onboarding of a new client and the ongoing execution of documents using the online e-signature solution is especially effective, reducing paper and simultaneously saving time in case life cycles. Rubix Software has been supporting our business for the past 3 years integrating some of their products with our PMS System - Lexis Nexis VisualFiles.
